Teodoro Morca is living and working in the United States and is offering classes and a full range of Spanish and Flamenco workshops at Taos Academy of Dance Arts (TADA) in beautiful Taos, New Mexico, as well as elsewhere.

Upcoming Workshop: August 3 - 8, 2009.

25th Morca All Flamenco
Workshop and Fiesta

to be held at Taos Academy of Dance Arts (TADA)
In Beautiful Taos, New Mexico.

In 1975 Teodoro Morca gave the very first all-flamenco workshop festival in the United States and this continued each year for 24 years through 1999 in Bellingham, Washington, in his 100-year-old church studio called Morca Academy of Performing Arts, (MAPA).

This was the beginning of an innovative approach to learning flamenco dance, with a full warm up and conditioning session, separate technique classes, separate repertoire classes, lectures, discussions and movies on all facets of flamenco. Plus, all classes are accompanied by live guitarists and repertoire classes with singing accompaniment. This is the MORCA METHOD that will bring out the "Look, Feel, Movement and Understanding of Flamenco."
